Traveling to Aruba with a 15 month old
I have a few questions regarding traveling out of the country with a baby.
I know to buy diapers and sunscreen here and while I plan on putting most of the diapers in his suitcase, I will keep plenty in my carry on.
1-He is obviously still in a car seat. Do we bring that with us or do car rental places have them to rent? We will be renting a car while we are there.
If we have to bring ours, do we check it with luggage?
Any other tips or suggestions?
We have his passport

search the posts on here because i believe someone posted about a taxi company that gives them a car seat. aruba is an easy and great destination with kids! some suggestions: -call the hotel and see if you can fed ex down a box before you arrive (pack it with your necessities - diapers, wipes, take and toss, puffs and snacks, etc.) all of this stuff is bulky and will just take up room in your suitcase adn you have to lug it all down with you.
have fun!!

the taxi driver (the only one) who has car seats is named Bully. You can find his number on tripadvisor in the Aruba boards.

He is picking us up when we arrive on Monday! Bully is the best!

Re: Traveling to Aruba with a 15 month old
we have been using Bully for years...and he is AWESOME...he had 2 car seats for us in excellent shape when we went last December! Highly recommend! we never rent a car when we go! mainly bec we stay on the high rise strip and there are dozens and dozens of restaurants in walking distance to the marriott where we stay!
if we venture into town it is usually only once and we either take the bs or ask bully to drive us!
FM me if you want his email address
also if needed the supermarket has a lot of the things you could need - including baby food and diapers...if you run out!
