those with placenta previa...
did u ever have major bleeding episodes?
just got home from a very long night in labor and delivery
i got up off the couch and heard a gush and it was blood,and a lot of it and it did not stop
i bled in the car,made a trail in lij and all over the room
i knew i had previa and was told if i bleed do not be alarmed but was told that starting at 11 weeks and never had a drop of blood
i am now 18 weeks with  and this was so so much blood
when they did the sono and we saw babies were ok we were shocked...
it turns out my previa is extra long and curving around and when the baby moved or kicked it cause a slight rupture and that is why i bled so much
they said this could happen again...i am still bleeding a bit now
has anyone with previa ever bled this much? i am still shaking from all of this,i am so tired but cannot sleep

i don't have any experience with placenta previa, but i am super happy that the babies are doing well! Get some rest and hopefully it will heal on its own soon!

Sounds scary! Glad it turned out okay. It happened to my SIL... She walked in from work, gush everywhere like you said and in the car when she drove herself to hospital... She was 36 weeks, so they decided to do her c-section the next day so she just stayed at hospital. But before 36 weeks they told her that what happened obviously could have happened much earlier too!

Oh my goodness, Gina I'm so sorry that you guys got that kind of scare! I don't have any experience but just wanted to show my support. Try and rest to the best of your abilities, if the doctors are telling you that all is ok, just focus on that.

That is so scary and I am so glad your babies are okay!
I had complete placenta previa with DS 2 and I never had any bleeding at all. They kept warning me it would happen, to take it easy, no  (poor DH), my Dr didn't want me traveling too far... but it never did... I had a scheduled c section at 38 weeks and DS was totally fine!
I also wanted to say I have a good friend that had two ruptures/abruptions during her pregnancy (similar to what you described) and just gave birth to a healthy  at 39 weeks!
eta: Don't stress yourself out. When I found out I had placenta previa I drove myself crazy reading all of these horror stories online. But you know what? People only post when something scary/bad happens to get support and additional information. When nothing goes wrong (as in my case) you never hear / read about it.
I hope you don't have to endure any more bleeding and that your twins continue to do well!!
