Getting Sick
I'm getting a cold and not feeling great at all. Any tips for relief during pregnancy? I hate the neti pot

I had a cold a few weeks ago and was told all I could take in the first trimester was tylenol and saline nasal spray...

the saline rinse was best....
I think Robitssin (regular not the max) was on my OB's list to take...
Sudafed is on my OB's list after first trimester.

Getting Sick
When I was pregnant with my dd I had a cold and it wasn't fun. I drank lots of fluids and rested as much as I could.
