my mother lives about 5 houses down from that house. very cute area and a lot of people are redoing their homes - however, Juniper has a lot of thru traffic even though it isnt a double yellow line road. it drives my mom crazy....

I know that house. Its not far from where my friend used to live. I agree about the road, it can be a major pain

It's a very cute house - but it needs a TON of work!
W were actually looking to put in an offer on that house.
But when I went back to visit it the second time, I noticed that ALL of the windows need to be replaced, along with some of the walls. The shingles on the outside all need to be replaced and there's a lot of water damage....so who knows what else needs to be replaced.
If you can get it for a good price - it could be a great house though.

Palebride - do you know how long it has been on the market? and have they dropped the price? my brother is a mamma's boy and while i doubt he could afford it, i am sure he would love to live that close to her.... Not sure if my FSIL would like it as much though!!!

The paperwork I have says it was listed in early June....at $399,000.

I doubt we'll be buying it - unless was can get it for a lot lower than it's listed for!
We're actually going to contract on a different house right now - but if it falls though.....we might look at the Juniper house again!
