Cleaning laminate/tile floors
We have tile and laminate flooring throughout our house. Just an area rug in the living room. I've noticed that when DD crawls around the house she gets black all over her knees and the tops of her feet. I clean the floors all the time bc she crawls around all the time. Just not sure how she can still get this on her. What can I use to get the floors super clean so she won't get black all over her? I've tried Swifer, vinegar, bleach and water on the tile. I know they will get dirty, but this is alot and it ruins her clothes. I don't know what else to use. I scrub and scrub and she still manages to have black all over her legs. Thanks!!

Re: Cleaning laminate/tile floors
i have laminate in one of my rooms, and i use a steam mop. also, we don't wear shoes in the house, which helps keep the dirt down.

Re: Cleaning laminate/tile floors
Yea, try adding the steam mop into the mix.
I find it close to impossible to keep my floors clean enough to keep socks white after walking around on it. And I feel like I'm always cleaning. It wasn't as hard when I had carpet in my apartment.
After talking it over with some people I came to the conclusion that with hard surfaces, it's the dust that settles on it. It's like your feet (or in your case, your DD clothes while crawling) are being used as dust mops!
