Has anyone been? What is acceptable for men to wear to the more upscale restaurants for dinner? Are jeans OK? Do they have to be "dressy" jeans? Or are only khakis/dress pants OK? And what about shoes? Are sandals ok (not flip flops), or does it have to be dress shoes? TIA!
