What song makes you think of your baby?
Does anyone have a favorite song that makes them think of their LO/pregnancy/motherhood, etc?
I have a few and decided to make a playlist.. I think I'll use it at the hospital to try and keep me sane.
So far I have
Michael Buble-I just haven't met you yet
LeAnne Womack-I hope you dance
Rod Stewart-Forever Young
Heartland-I loved her first
What are your faves?

Wonder by Natalie Merchant (and that was when I was  ) and was even more meaningful when SHE got here. It still makes me tear up when I hear it. 
Everlong (Foo Fighters) b/c we had to fight so hard to get her and it was a song DH and I loved long before and just fit the situation.
I actually have a whole playlist called "Songs about our Journey and for Payton" but those are my top 2.

These ones! You're gonna miss this is Trace Atkins. Makes me cry every time. Even before I was pregnant. Even he cries when he performs it lol
Lately I've been siging Josh Turner's Why dont we just dance to them b/c I want to make them move around and I cant feel them yet. (and I dance around like a fool trying to jumble them around but it never works)

Private Eyes by Hall & Oats. This was one of the first times I felt my lil man move was when this song came on.

yes thank u! I was thinking it was trace but don't have my ipod near me... it wont be like this for long makes me cry... even before pregnancy too!

"Sunshine" by Steve Azar.
It's clearly a love song, and not all the lyrics fit (for ex. the line about the lies), but the overall tone of the song makes me think of our LO and totally reduces me to tears.

Justin Bieber "baby" Sorry I am a Bieber fan My kids made me like him 3 of my girls listen to him all day dancing and singing so I can't to see all 5 of my kids grow and play together

Little Fighter by White Lion! Came on one time leaving Kofinas' office and DH was singing along and baby girl was kicking up a storm! Really, how appropriate for the little miracle that she is. And,
I won't give up by Jason Mraz. It's Always on. I sing it to her so she knows I'll do whatever I can to keep her safe until she's ready to meet the world.

Kooks - Junk of the Heart
I remember hearing this song many, many times in the car during the first 2 weeks of her life when we went to the ped (what felt like) 700 times for weight checks. I heard it today for the first time in a while and those memories came flooding back so vividly. She really does make me "feel alive"

the baby also seems to likebritney. on the way home from one of my biophysicalprofiles i turned the radio on and she was on everywhere, baby was moving theentire way home!!!
