What is everyone doing today?
Looking for some ideas. I feel it is too hot for a park.
So far this summer We have already been to adventureland ($$), white post farms ( we have season passes and were there yesterday,) beach, parks.
DD is 3 years old.
We are in Huntington.

Some suggestsions for you are the library, the park (for a little bit, it's hot out!), or get ice cream and hit up McD's playplace!

What is everyone doing today?
I'm not sure where your town has them but what about a spary park? I took DD the other day when it was in the high 90's and it didn't feel so hot at the spray park. It's kinda too late to do today but the Riverhead Aquarium is another (expensive) alternative. It's mostly indoors so it's a good alternative when it's hot.

Grrrrr took the kids to the playground and there were a TON of camp kids. Took them to another playground, another TON of camp kids. I'm a tad annoyed because that means we won't be able to use these 2 parks in the mornings now  Last year these kids were never on the actual playground
Now we are in the house playing with step 2 roller coaster
