8/9 month old eating schedule

I was wondering if you can shed some light on how much and when your LO is eating. I'm trying to add a 3rd meal (as per our ped) and I feel like all I do is feed my twins.
here is our schedule

5-6am 4oz bottle bm,
8-9 3.5 tbs cereal with fruit
noon 4 oz BM
1/2 jar of either veg or fruit with cereal already mixed in
3 4oz bottle
6 3.5 tbs cereal with meat and veg
10 4 oz bottle

I was told to make the mid day solids more like a lunch, where now it is more like a snack

Re: 8/9 month old eating schedule

My boys just turned 10 months but 8 months adjusted.

This is what our schedule has been for a month or more now:

7am - Bottle #1 - 6 ozs

8:30am - Breakfast - 4 ozs fruit/grain combo in a jar

9 - 11am - Nap

11:30am - Bottle # 2 - 6 ozs

2pm - Lunch - 6 ozs
I usually do yogurt & 2 fruits - 2 oz of each

2:30 - 3:30 - Nap

4pm - Bottle # 3 - 6 ozs

6:30pm - Dinner
3 tbsp Oatmeal with 5-6 tbsp formula
2 ozs fruit/meat or veg/meat combo
2 ozs veggie
2 ozs fruit

8pm - Bottle # 4 - Only 3 ozs
Sometimes they refuse it or are tired and go without it if they fought dinner and don't seem hungry.

My 8 month old is eating pretty much the same as the above and has been for a month or more.

1:30 pm: 6 oz bottle and 1/2 to full jar of mixed veg or veg and rice
5:30 pm: 3 oz bottle, 1/4 cup cereal with formula added in and 1/2 jar of veg/meat mix.
8:30 pm: 6 oz bottle.

This weekend I also started giving DD tiny pieces of plain chicken or vegetables off my plate whlle we are having dinner at around 7:30.

My boys are 7 months so I am right there with you. Pretty much on a very similar schedule. I feel your pain-I feel like all I do is feed them!!!

I know they still need the bottle now but honestly I can't wait to until they are completely on table foods (haven't started yet) and this part can be done!!!

we haven't started table food yet either. I know they cant handle it yet. we just moved to stage 2. They are just getting the concept of puffs now and most of the time I need to put them in their mouths.
