We are home owners! Our review!
We closed on our first home today and finally got the keys!! DH and I are very excited to start this new chapter in our lives.
Our review:
Christine Braun (Century 21) - Christine was amazing! When DH and I started our talk of buying our first house we had no idea where to begin or who to talk to first. I saw Christine's posts on LiF and we started to chat. She always explained things in a way you understand and don't feel overwhelmed. She was always there for us every step of the way! She fought for us when the listing agent was "not so great" and made sure we got what was advertised. We highly recommend Christine as your broker! I could write a book on how much we loved her and appreciated everything she did for us....even if it was just to call and vent or help calm our anxieties! Again words can not express... Christine is AWESOME!!!
Kristen Breglio (attorney) - Kristen was great! She was very nice and friendly. She explained what was happening and prepared us for what would come next. She always answered any of the questions we had and was there to support us when neded. Highly recommend Kristen!!
US mortgage bank corp - Steve and Ginger were awesome!! They were able to get us to the closing table in 30 days! Steve met with us several times to answer questions and explain the process. Also Highly recommended!!
