If you are listing a rental apt.
do you pay any fee to the broker as the landlord? We are talking about it at work and was just curious if anyone knew. Thanks!

It is my understanding no, the renter pays the RE agent.

Thanks. That is what I thought too, but my co-workers are all saying now way - that both pay a fee.

In NY the renter pays. I have a place in AZ and the landlord pays.
