My Story- new to board

I have been on here for awhile posting questions here and there but mostly just reading and learing from everyone. I am currently TTC #2. I have a 2 1/2 year old son that I got pregnant with when I was not trying. I have been TTC #2 for a little over a year and a half. It is such an emotional journey and sometimes it feel so lonely! I tried on my own till about a year and then my reg ob put me on clomid- no luck. Now I go to RSNY and had my 1st IUI last month- no luck. This week I had an HSG test and it appears my left tube is slightly blocked and right one is completely open. I had appt with Dr. today and he did not seem overly concerned being that they are both open but he did say i would be at risk for an ectopic. He also confirmed he is pretty sure based on my cysts that i have endo. It was almost like he thought I should just know this- meanwhile no one ever told me. Feeling nervous and left there feeling confused. I will most likely move to IVF after summer if the next 2 IUI's do not work. I really do not know much about any of this and am feeling so lost and confused. Thanks for listening
