Is your 4 month old on a schedule?
My DD still eats every three hours-5 ounces.
She still cat naps throughout the day. She is not a big day sleeper. She will go down for a nap about 2 hours after she wakes up in the morning. She will also go in for a nap around 3ish. Each nap will last about 20-40 minutes.
Now that she started rice cereal for her 6 o'clock feeding, she sleeps through the night.
Can you share your schedule if you have one.
Also-can I start using my jump a roo or exersauser?
She holds her head up very well.
