Re: starting registry.... ahhhhhh

I registered then asked BTDT friends to check it and they gave me advice on what to add or change.

Some things off the top of my head were:
zip off sheets
sheet protectors
gumdrop paci
playtex dropins
miracle blanket
A & A receiving blankets
long sleeve onesies (winter babies)
trumpet socks
FP aquairium bath with the newborn sling
Snap n go with extra bases and a carseat and stoller for when they are older
the boogie sucker thing with the long tube (I was assured no boogies get near your mouth Chat Icon )
tons of burp clothes or disposable dipers to use as burp cloths (2 doz for one baby)

Re: starting registry.... ahhhhhh

I got a list of stuff from a BTDT mom with recommendations (I can email you if you want - if so, FM me your email).

But the Baby Bargains book is SUPER helpful in picking out the big stuff and what you'll probably need.

I did not register in the store (I did BBB and Target), except to look at strollers and cribs. I felt it was too overwhelming, and I did it little by little online.

The BuyBuyBaby registry checklist is also helpful, but there's probably more than you might need / want on there.
