Trying acupuncture during the cycle? Thoughts?

I did not start prior to cycling for my FET. But today is Cd 4 and I was going to go tomorrow. I read that you need time for it to show any results but do you ladies think it still has an effect even though I'm starting now?

it will def have an effect but it depends what you are looking to get out of it. it def helps with relaxation. as far as helping with lining and blood flow, everyone is different. i doubt you will see a major change, but that doesn't mean its not working. a lot of the positive effects you can't physically see. good luck!!

ITA! It's never too late to start Acu. I've felt immediate affects. At the same time, I can't say its responsible for great lining or implantation though!! Actually this cycle, was the first I didn't use acupuncture. For me the benefits were the stress relief, relaxation, hormonal balance and every symptoms from meds. I say go for it and see how you do!

I didn't start Acu prior to my cycle. I probably started around the same time as you. I loved acu and truly believe it is what helped me get my BFP. (I had lining issues and great results during the cycle I went to acu).
