Yes, I had it done last month as part of a series of tests my RE does before starting IVF.
It was on CD22 and they took blood to test my progesterone.

I had one done as part of the tests with my RE before we went in to get results, and we are no on IVF.
I think this was done after my period already ended, later in the cycle, I think after I should have already ovulated if I remember correctly.

I did mine in the beginning of my cycle, but after my period ended; I think they want to do it before you ovulate so as not to interfere with a pregnancy.
Mine was done as part of testing before any kind of treatments.
