Subordination for 2nd Loan
If anyone had to submit a request for subordination how long did it take for you to get an answer (from when you actually submitted the request/ paperwork)?

It took ~3 weeks from the time BOA requested it from GMAC.

Ok thanks. We got our committment from Wells for our first loan and they submitted the request for subordination yesterday.
