Question - no period

Hi Girls, question, so I went to the doctor last week to see where I am in my cycle because I took the past month off to give my body a rest before starting IVF.

So they said I ovulated and to expect my period any day. Now, I haven't ovulated on my own in over a year so that was a surprise. But I still haven't gotten my period, took a test and BFN.

Has anyone ovulated and didn't get a period? Is that even possible?

If you did ovulate you will get AF... Do you know how long your LP is? I know when I was on a forced break they told me that I had ovulated and to expect AF soon based on on hormone levels...it came about 7 days after they said that...lots of luck!!!

you can ovulate and not get your period. it can happen if your estrogen levels are very low, but they can give you provera to help bring your period on.
If you ovulate, but don't get AF, its called annovulation and there are many causes for it. I wouldn't reccomend doing a google search because it will make you crazy
