I CANNOT STOP COUGHING!
it's sooo annoying!
i have to try to get in with my reg. dr. next week---i feel like my lil one is getting all shaken up! i hope LO is ok in there!
it's my allergies--constant tickle in my throat! so annoying!
what have you all taken for a cough? and what specific cough drops can we take-what brand?

I had a cough my entire pregnacy. IT was pregnancy related. Pregnancy causes you to product more fluid in your body and yes that included nasal mucus so you might have post nasal drip from your pregnancy.
Mine went away the day I gave birth.

OMG i have the same thing...my allergies are so much worse now that i'm pregnant. Sneezing and then coughing. I have not taken anything for it yet..just hoping i can deal with it and maybe when the weather get more consistent it wont be too bad.
I was thinking of taking zyrtec if it doesnt get any better. Allergy meds usually dries up all the mucus, so that might help instead of taking a cough medicine?

I got a cough at 34 weeks and had it till after my son was out. No matter what I ever did and or that they gave me never worked. I finally had a dr tell me that its pregnancy related and sometime acid reflux medication helps. It did not help me but that may help.
