Help! Closing tomorrow, who to tip?
Finally we are closing.tomorrow but I am clueless.
Who do we tip and how much? Cash or Check?

We didnt tip anyone either. Our real estate agent was amazing with us and really went above and beyond in so many ways so we got him a gift card to a steak house. But unless somebody really did something exceptional for you I would say to not worry about it at all.

It is customary to "tip" the title closer. Some people refer to it as a "tip" and some people it's built into the closing fees.
If I remember correctly, we tipped $100 but we used a title company I use at work all the time and I knew the guy personally.

And at the rate this is going, they are lucky if we even close this deal and NO ONE will be getting jack shit from me

There is no tipping at closing. Your lawyer will tell you what to bring in terms of bank checks, and you will need to bring your personal checkbook to perhaps right a few checks back to the seller (if they left oil in the oil tank, for example, you'd pay them for that).
Also, the title closer is customarily paid an attendance fee, sometimes referred to as a "tip" but it's not a tip in the true sense, by the buyer. Your lawyer will advise you on what to pay, but it's usually in the $150-250 range.
