Google "elective sonogram" on LI. All the sites I looked at had the prices listed. We just went for the gender determination so I didn't notice the 3D prices.

I paid $135. It was about 20-30 mins. I got over 40 images and cd and a dvd of the 4d. Its nice to be able to watch her move
