Shout out to Jet Blue
We had to cancel our tip because DH tore his bicep tendon and needed surgery. I explained everything to my timeshare company and they gave me the points back. I called JetBlue to cancel our flights an they put the credit, minus $100 per person, into my account. They said it was unlikely they would give me the $400 back, they usually only do it for a death in the family or if you are admitted to the hospital the day you're supposed to travel. I figured I would a east tey, so I wrote a letter explaining what had happened and offered them documentation, well they wrote me back and added the $400 back to my account! I am so thrilled with their customer service!!
