STAR - anyone have contact info?
I applied for STAR in December 2011. Everyone else i know that applied before 2012 has already received paperwork stating it has been accepted. I never received mine. Does anyone know who i can call or email about finding out my status?

Are you in Nassau? If so, I would just call or email the Nassau County Assessor's office:
(516) 571-1500 or [email protected]
(If you are in Nassau, but live in an incorporated village or city, you also need to apply with your village or city.)
In Suffolk, I would just call your specific town to find out the status of your application.

Make sure you have your receipt from when you dropped off the application. Mine was never put in and I had to show the receipt. I ended up getting a check back from the town since they charged us more for the year.
