Where to buy Potato Salad
Do you think I can get it in Costco? Is it any good there?

I make my own, home made is better then any store.
It takes time, if you have it. Or you can do the potatoes the night before you need the salad, then put it all together the next day.
It is not hard to do.
Sorry I did not answer your question. I would buy it from a deli, Meat Farms or Uncle Giuseppe's.

I agree homemade is always best but if you don't have time, Stop & Shop potato salad w/egg is sooooo goood!
I don't buy it from behind the counter - its the big tubs right in front of the deli counter.

I agree that homemade is better. It's easy and the only thing that takes any time is prepping the potatoes.. after that you just need to make dressing and dress them! It's good because you can adjust the seasonings, amount of fat and whatever else to your own specs.
the one is Costco is VERY bland. It tastes like potatoes, mayo and a little salt.
I haven't found a place that makes potato salad that I LOVE, but I think Best Yet's storemade is fine and not too mayonaisse-y.

Costco's regular potato salad is .. ok. But they do have a "Loaded" potato salad (with bacon & cheese) that is delic.
Otherwise, i agree that stop and shop's potato salad with egg is good too.

Thank you, girls! I decided to bring a plate of veggies instead. It's for an event in my daughter's class, so I wasn't going to do homemade.
