Name Help! w/ poll
Hi everyone! I know I never post on here but would love your opinions. I'm due very soon and still don't have a boy name. The thing is...our last name ends with the long "e" sound. We have a few names in mind but I'm pretty sure one of them is too rhyme like for our last name. Also, in the event I ever have a girl...i love the name madeline so I want to make sure it works with that and I think one of the names might be to rhyme like for that. Decisions..Decisions.... any help would be very appreciated!!

I've always loved the name Gavin, and even if you think it's rhymes with Madeleine (I love that name too!!), just think you might end up calling her Maddy as a nickname, so they really don't sound too rhyme-y.

I actually like ALL these names. I voted Zachary because I think Gavin is becoming WAY popular...I know 5 Gavins born in 2011/2012. I just personally prefer to choose a name that might not be as popular. Although, I do know that Zachary might be very popular as well. Logan is great too. hmmm...I'm no help :)

Thank you all so much for your input! I think we are between Gavin and Zachary. So nobody thinks that Zachary ______E sounds funny? That is my only thing.

That's my nephews name and his last name ends with a long E too and it doesn't sound funny at all. What's the middle name?

We are not set on a middle name yet either..
Either Joseph, Robert, or David.
I originally didn't choose any names that ended with an "E" sound because of our last name.. but my dh really likes the name zachary all of a sudden.

I vote Gavin, since that is my DS name. I dont think it's that popular. I haven't met anyone yet with that name. So I don't think it's that popular. Logan would be my second choice and was on our list when naming both my boys.
