Black dress to go to a wedding?
It's not a fancy wedding or anything. Just a garden ceremony and then reception/dinner at a restaurant afterwards. Can I wear a black dress? I'm NOT a dress fan and I bought a different dress that I wore to my son's Communion and in the pictures I look like a fat, wide cow.  I "thought" it looked ok, but I guess not. It was not a solid color dress. Any thoughts?

Ugh, I hate when that happens. I just recently went to a Communion and I thought I looked good but damn I looked awful in photos. lol! It happens to the best of us! 
But I think a black dress would be fine. A lot of people will probably be wearing black.

I wear black to basically everything! Lol Macys usually has some pretty cheap dresses.

i always wear black - DH hates it and wishes i wore more colored dressed.
im usually successful at macys - thay have a ton and are very well priced
