Need a Yellow for DR, and a Tan/Beige for LR
We just Closed yesterday!
We went to the house right after closing and put up paint samples... not sure I totally love what I have now.
We used Behr.... Living room color I put was called Cornerstone... looks kinda yellow, I want a light tan... Imagine tea with milk, but something that will stand out next to a white. We have chocolate brown couches.
Our dining room I put Behr Moonlight yellow. It came out a little too bright/neon. I wanted something a little more pale. We have dark wood with glass inserts for the furniture.
Any help ladies?.... Im holding up my dad from painting!

I'm nit sure about Behr colors but Benjamin Moore shaker beige, putnum ivory or muslin are all the kind of color you describe. I'm not sure about yellow.

I love Behr cornerstone and its def more of a yellow. I would use that in the diningroom. For tan check our harvest brown. Great tan color.

Congrats!!!
We also just closed and painted. We used Benjamin Moore Adobe Beige, which I describe as a true beige (not too dark and not too light) and it looks great with out white moulding. I really love it. Benjamin Moore aslo has sample available for $6.00. Good Luck.

We used Behr Classic Taupe in Eggshell for our Living Room and Dining Room. It's the perfect beige. Not too brown and not to peachy looking.
Don't have a yellow one for you tho
