I love having hilights, and I LOVED the way it looked for my wedding- that was a double process. But I can't do double process now b/c I am 20 wks pregnant.

I had hilights done about 14 wks ago and again about 4 wks ago. I liked it the first time, but not so much teh 2nd time. Both times were 1/2 head.

I have medium brown natural color and the hilights are a light blonde. And the roots are noticable. When I had hilights done the 2nd time, he did it like the first time - section, weave, and bleach the whole weaved out section.

Is that right? I see other people in there that have just the roots foiled. Is that something else?

I can still see roots (right after the 2nd round of hilights). I feel like the ends that are getting bleached and bleached are getting fried and TOO blonde.

What are my options?? I want a certain look and I can't get it now. I feel like I am letting it go (which I hate the look of even more than just roots) b/c I dont know what to do.

ALSO, paid $125 for 2nd hilights - DON'T want to do that again!
