Chocolate covered marshmallows on sticks
I am going to make these as favors for DD's christening. 2 marshmallows on a stick, dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. Do I need to do anything to the chocolate or just melt it, dip, and cool in the fridge?

I don't think so. If you find the chocolate is too thick, you can add Crisco to the chocolate to thin it out.

I wouldn't even bother cooling in the fridge either....they'll firm up at room temperature just fine.
