I would send a note to Marie Claire as they show the bathing suit in an article dated April 5th. The best I could find was that it was first featured in a Chinese website that I had to use google translate to understand. I think based on the translation that it was designed for the runway - but I am not sure if it made it to the US market.

I think it says it's by Nicolita from the 2011 or 2012 Mercedes Benz Miami fashion week.
