my rings are getting tight!
Maybe its the humidity but my rings are getting tight already! I'm only 14w. I wanted to wear my rings a lot longer than this. I have red marks where my rings are.
Now that the summer is coming, I feel like my fingers are just going to swell even more.
I'm wondering if I should just get bigger fake rings in the mean time? They were killing me this morning. I had to take them off (well, yank them off) and put lotion on my finger.

Some days my rings feel tight but for the most part they are fine. Hopefully for you it's just going to be like this for minimal days. How is your water intake? What about sodium?

I don't think I have been drinking enough water...its hard b/c I'm a teacher and can't drink as much as I'd like.
I'm hoping its the sodium- I had chinese two nights ago!!

i've had days where my rings are super-tight too, and then the next day, they're fine again. Give it a few days to see what happens.
If you still want to wear your rings, maybe put them on a necklace?
I don't think i'd buy a fake ring, but that's just me.

I got a fake ring last time from JC Penny for like $7. This time I got a different sort of ring for my right hand but will wear it as soon as my band gets too tight on my left hand (my right hand is a 7 but my left is a 5.75, oddly!). I just can't do the necklace thing (DD would be all over that and it also feels weird to me since I don't wear necklaces) so fake rings are definitely for me. I suggest just a plain silver band or something but I'm sure you'll find something perfect

My rings have been off since Oct. 2010  
My DD is 15 months and they STILL don't fit. I have a fake set that I wear on special occasion. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to have my rings re-sized but at this point I think it's my only option - my fingers will never be the same...
Definitely increase water and decrease salt and if you think they're getting too tight, take them off before you have to have them cut off.

make sure youre drinking a lot of water. If you ever have problems taking them off again run your hands under really cold water. That helps!

im 27 weeks and i cant believe i can still wear my rings. depending on the weather in can get a little snug but nothing to crazy. i guess drinking over a gallon of water a day doesnt hurt 
i did tell fatthead if they get to tight he needs to get me some fake gear

Ive been wearing fdake rings since 18w. My real rings were just getting too tight and i did not want to risk them getting stuck on my hand. Ive had my fake ones since before the wedding (wore them for the honeymoon) and only myself DH and our close friends can tell they are not my actual rings.

i am 12 wks with the same problem. With DD #1 the same happened. I have a fake wedding band in the meantime. Cost me 50$ and I like it better than my real ring!!

Last PG I went to Walmart and bought a plain gold ring in a bigger size and wore that for the last half of the PG. I am now 22w and about to put that ring back on for this PG.

This is exactly why I need to get a replacement ring in the mean time. I look like I'm 16 so people will think I'm like teen mom or something.

I def dont look like I am 16 but I have been wearing my fake set since b/f I got preggo. I gained a bunch of weight after my wedding.
