Black toenails spring/summer?
I'm going for a mani/pedi and I'm debating on toe color. I used to always do either french or a bright pink or coral color in the summer but I'm thinking about doing black. Is black too wintery for this time of year?

I personally wouldn't do black this time of year... but with the crappy weather out lately, I could see why you would be inclined to choose that!

I wouldn't. If you want to go dark, I'd go for a dark red or maybe even something like Wicked, but not full black.

I was wearing very dark on my toes for about 2 summers because I had a fungused toenail that I was trying to hide.
I wasn't doing full on black though...like very deep red or purple.
It looked fine--
I would have preferred brighter, more summery colors in summer but I had no choice.
So if my toes were fine, I wouldn't do that dark in summer. But if you want to, it really wont' look terrible or anything.

I always wear summer colors in the summer
and lincoln park after dark in the fall and winter
I switched to coral in the begining of May and it just felt WRONG
I went back to licoln park after dark and I love how it looks with my new tan
I will be wearing it all summer- or until I get sick of it

i wear dark colors alllll the time. i actually wore lincoln park after dark for my wedding in July. so i say go for it!

I honestly think it's fine. Any pedicure/manicure looks good if it has a fresh top coat on it  no matter what the season!

I am not a fan of black for summer... that is just me.
I love brighter colors or really light... I did dark purple last week for the last of my dark colors for a few months. It is still on but will be changed next week.
