UPDATED WITH MORE QUESTIONS - Ok let me try this , doeas anyone use great necknOBGYN ? Drs Kaufman or Rifkin

If you d use them are you happy with them? Which dr would you recommend rifkin or kaufman ?

More questions:

-Are these drs high risk? I tried googling but didn't see anything, I don't want to call the office until I have all the info.
-How easy is it to make an appt if you are a regular patient? For ex with my current OB you have to make an appt at least 2-3 weeks in advance if you want to see the OB you want, so what I do I make few appts in advance for the following month or so, I go every 2 weeks bc I'm high risk . they also tell you you have to see everyone, but once I met with dr. klein he told me to always try and make appts with him and that he would deliver me.
-Also when you call for test results or just with questions do you get a nurse / does the nurse call you back or is it one of the drs? How soon will they call u back ?
- how is the wait time and do you ever feel rushed once you are in? Do you feel like they actually listen?
- are you treated as a patient = human being and they actually know/remember you?
The drs office I am with right now is terrible with that, I feel like I'm just a number to them and the dr doesn't even remember who I am or what my history.

Anything you can tell me would be great, I really want to switch asap if I decide to finally leave, I'm already almost 23 weeks.

I used them I loved every dr there except one you can fm me I mostly used dr santoyo I would use her all over again and I had a c section.

They're both good, very nice, Rifkin has more personality, but I don't think you can choose a primary dr. They want you to see everyone b/c anyone can deliver you. At least, that's what I was told.
There is also one dr I am very uncomfortable with there, which is why I'm probably switching. Along w/a few other factors.

I like them both....actually all 4: Kaufman, Rifkin, Santoyo and Sadaty.... I'm actually very happy to have any of them be there on the day of my delivery!

i just switched there and saw dr kauffman he seemed really great!

Love them. You need to see all of them at some point because you never know who will be on call when you deliver.
Sadaty was there when i first got to hospital but her shift was ending. Kaufman delivered my DD and he was great. Had us laughing the whole time.
I have also seen rifkin for regular appointments.
Actually just had an annual exam with Santoyo. And she seems very nice.

I like the whole group. I travel quite a distance to see them because I didn't want to leave them when we moved. Highly recommend!

Posting from phone so can't write a lot - but basically how you felt in your other post about having concerns not taken seriously - I have had similar experience w/them.
In addition, I asked to be seen every 2 wks b/c I'm
High risk and the dr said no.

The office staff & nurses have been nice.

I was high risk I was seen 3 times a week never had problems with appts
