Home Appraisals
If someone says that they had an appraisal of a house done - but they have absolutely no access to the inside of the house, am I right to think that they are full of bull?

Some appraisals are done online, and some are done by driving by the house and looking at the exterior only. Of course, some are the full appraisal where a person comes inside.
I am in the process of refinancing, and all of these different possibilities were explained to me.
