Our lease is on a year to year basis. It was up March 1. We have yet to hear from the landlord. We've been here over 2 years already and last year he forgot so we had to remind him of the new lease a month after it was up. It's now mid May and so far we haven't heard anything? I can't find a copy of our lease? Chat Icon Chat Icon We got it before we moved and now I can't find it. On either side, there has to be a 60 day notice on whether they want to raise the rent, or we want to move, etc. There was something in there about month to month, but we can't remember. Chat Icon

I am just curious on everyone's opinion on what they would assume/think? Since we have not signed a new lease and our's was up on March 1, that it's just month to month right now or something else? It's not a continuous lease. We don't want to contact the landlord because we don't know what we want to do yet? I thought if it was month to month that it was going to cost extra? I'm not sure?
