The Rio Del Mar? DH and I stayed there this past December.
On a scale of 1-10, i'd give it a 7. The rooms were nice enough. We were there for 4 full days and it rained 2 full days (prob the season). The beach was not that great in all honesty (this may sound strange, but i found the sand really dark - like darker than LI sand - i expected white sandy beaches but that wasn't the case lol). I thought the pool area/grounds were VERY pretty. The food was all good - nothing terribly memorable, but good.
That is awesome that you won it though, have a great trip!!
Forgot to mention - activities - we had a rental car, so we drove to the rain forest (maybe 25 mins away) and spent like 5 hours there, walking around on paths in the forest. We really enjoyed that. Otherwise, we pretty much relaxed. I wish we had gotten to see Old San Juan, but it's not close.

Definitely get a rental car.
The food was OK, but expensive for the quality. Drink service was very slow.
Tiny casino. No other evening activities at the hotel.
The staff was unhelpful and basically treated us like dirt because we booked through an agency and not directly through Wyndham.
For a free trip, I'm sure you can make the most of it!!

It is free though - the OP said she won the trip - so skipping it prob isn't an option.
As i said above, it is a little better than okay (IMO). Not fantastic. For free - i'd go back.
ETA - DH and I also went for free. Definitely have no regrets!
