How long after giving birth can you
How long after a vaginal birth can you
1. exercise ( I want to get back to my jogging)
2. Have sex.

I had a c-sec and was told 6 weeks for both. However we  a little before 5 weeks and I was fine. I was feeling back to normal about a week after my cs.

I was told 6 weeks and I had vaginal birth.
I started to get back into jogging after 4 weeks, but I am too exhausted to go most days. And I haven'tDTD yet bc I am kind of scared of the pain. (I gave birth 5 weeks ago)

I had a c/s and was told 6 weeks for both. DH and I DTD after 3.5 weeks. It didn't hurt.

I had a vbirth but with severe tearing (2nd degree) and a cut so I had to get checked at 6 weeks. He thought I'd be good to go by then, but when 6 weeks came around, the stitches from the tear weren't healed properly yet. It was another 4 weeks after that before I was "approved" for either activity.
