Who are you paying at closing as a buyer?
This tipping question got me to thinking: Aside from the obvious (remainder of the downpayment and closing costs) who else are you paying?
Or maybe am I just using "closing costs" as a broad term and not realizing all the "little" fee's that make up the closing costs.
Oh, and yes... the lawyer. lol

we used a broker, so we just wrote out one check, and that covered our fees/escrow/lawyer/title co./homeowner's insurance/etc.
we also didn't tip anyone...

we had a bank check for the remainder of the down payment, the final payment for our lawyer and the title closers tip.

yes, out lawyer called us a day or 2 before closing with the amounts, time and location of the closing!
