We have a 1 bedroom MIL apartment down stairs- bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen. Then two years ago we turned our two car garage into a playroom. We have a tv, couch, love seat, all the kids toy, the computer, a small half tag and storage closets down there.

Mine will be a play room/den. My son is too young right now but eventually I want to keep the toys and TV out of sight!

The house we're buying (and hopefully closing on this week! ) is a center hall.
Half of it is finished and they had a large tv, sofa, build in book shelves w/movies and games, and an area for the husbands wrap around desk. The unfinished side has the laundry and utilities. Eventually, I'd like to finish the unfinished side and make a laundry room there. I'm not sure what else to finish it with because I still want a large storage area. Oh, and that's where the second fridge is.
