Real Estate Attorney Question
Do we need one to sell our house and we are selling my ILs house for them. They want no say in any of it. Is that possible and would we need a poa?

Re: Real Estate Attorney Question
I think you would need to have POA and I believe you should have a real estate attorney to look over the contract.

Re: Real Estate Attorney Question
Yes it is possible. You will need an attorney to handle the contract and closing. If your ILs want no involvement, then an attorney will also have to draft two poas.
