I had a Chi for the longest time and LOVED it! I just ordered a new Sedu. The delivery guy should actually be bringing it to my door any minute now. haha

I've actually tried a ton of them--including Chi and my current one is actually the Sephora brand--its hot pink. I have very thick hair and it works amazingly.

I had 2 chi's, they died. I got a ghd, sold it on ebay, hated it, got a solano, didn't work so great, went back to chi, so i say chi. Just register it under the warranty.

I've had my chi for 5 years, so far no problems. My only complaint is it doesn't have an automatic shut off safety option
