where is the best place to buy indoor plants?
Since having kids I have gotten rid of all my plants but want to start having them again. I went to Home Depot, Lowes, WalMart but nothing really. Nurseries seem to have mostly full grown expensive plants. I am looking for ones on the smaller side to grow.

i usually pick up plants at the supermarket believe it or not.
other than that, HD, Lowes are the next stops. Or you could try ikea

I won't buy plants from home depot. The soil they use is garbage and in general I never have luck with plants from them in the past.
I try to support local mom & pop nurseries. They tend to use the good soil, and its worth it to me to spend a few bucks extra. You can probably ask them for smaller plants.
