Rich at WIN home inspection.
We used him for 2 separate houses and we were very happy both times.

I used Tim Gill at House Detectives of New York, Inc. (631) 225-1000
He answered all my crazy questions took a lot of pics explain everything. Even after I received the 30++ pages of my report, he returned my call and answer the questions of the report.
What I mean is after reading the report and looking at the pics to me the house was worst. I thought I was throwing money out of the window. My mind was racing. So when talking to Tim for 20 mins and going over everything I started thinking okay now I feel better.

We used J. KOEHLER Home Inspections & Environmental Services
He was great. He explained the different things in our home and how to maintain them and also educated us on homeownership and maintenance in general.
