Has anyone ever gone to an all inclusive resort in Hawaii?
If so please recommend!

I don't believe you can go AI in Hawaii (nor would I suggest doing so even if you could because the food is so good!) You can find hotels that include breakfast though. We stayed at Hyatts in Kauai and Maui and they had awesome breakfast buffets.

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
I would not do AI in Hawaii...first it will cost an arm and a leg second no need since it is US and it has many great restaurants for all budgets..
AI is only for islands that are very poor, undeveloped, where you are limited to the resort only...otherwise AI is silly if you can go out and eat at different places..HTH

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
I have never heard of an all inclusive in Hawaii. Even if there was one, why would you do that? Hawaii has awesome restaurants! Not to mention, the islands are generally safe.

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
I could be wrong, but I'm 99% sure that nowhere in the U.S. has all inclusives, Puerto Rico included.

There is no AI in Hawaii.
This - the closest you'll get is some hotels offering a "meal plan" but they're really not AI's.

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
I've heard Aulani is introducing some kind of meal plan, but I agree with the above, a big part of Hawaii is going around and exploring and eating at different places. AI works best in 3rd world countries where you don't want to go off the resort on your own.

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
The closest ypu can get to all inclusive would probably be a cruise around the islands

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
Honestly, I wouldn't think an AI in Hawaii would be worth it...we were always out and about finding new beaches and things to see and interesting local places to eat. I would have not liked being stuck in one place for meals the entire time.

Re: All Inclusive Hawaii
There is no all inclusive in Hawaii. Truthfully, I don't even think it would be worth it. There are tons of wonderful places to eat in all different price ranges and fun places to go to for little to no money. Some hotels may offer breakfast or even meal plans, but all inclusive isn't necessary in HI.
