Anyone ever have this pain?
I have been having horrible pain on my right side since last night. Doctor said its probably stretching (I called this morning), but I'm so uncomfortable! If I press on the spot it hurts, it feels like a bruise. I still feel the babies kicking so I'm sure its fine but I was just wondering if anyone else hurts this much when their baby is growing and you're stretching?

I had something like that last week. I thought I had pulled a muscle from cleaning out the baby's room but I couldn;t be sure. Maybe it was stretching. It hurt a lot.

a couple of mornings, i get a sharp pain on the right side, if i move the wrong way. hurts like hell but it goes away.

I tend to sleep on my right side and stomach and the last few weeks if I try to roll over to on my right I get a horrible stabbing pain in my right side like I pulled a muscle. It last a few seconds and than goes away.

Sounds like stretching to me, I get it often and did for the first pregnancy as well. your body is getting ready.

I had this EXACT pain on my left side. The Dr. told me that it was stretching also, but that if it becomes very severe or unbearable, to call him right away.

I have been in such pain at several times I have actually gone to the hospital. Once I could not even lift my right leg!! I learned that apparently it is more common for your right side to hurt b/c the uterus is naturally tilted slightly to the right. Hope you feel better

I've had the same thing. Ask your DH to massage the area. That really helps for me when I get it.

I had that for 2 days last week and on the right side too. It hurt to sit down, to get out of bed, to walk, to touch, etc. The books I have indicated it was stretching. I massaged it each night and that seemed to provide a little relief. I woke up Saturday morning and it was gone.

Thanks everyone! It finally went away but after 2 days I was getting scared! I thought I'd wake up HUGE after all that stretching but I think I still look the same!

I get that a lot and I try to sit as much as I can and it usually goes away
