Not your Average Baby Name
not sure if any of you watch Toddlers & Tiaras...i normally don't but about a week ago i was vegging on the couch, it was on and i got sucked in.
There was one mom who had a little girl whose name was Camari.
When asked why she gave her daughter that name, she mentioned that originally, her daughter's name was supposed to be something more normal, like Elizabeth (not really Elizabeth but I can't remember the name she gave) but that during her pregnancy, she used to crave calamari all the time. So she named her daughter Camari. She actually said: "you know Calamari...Camari" and gave this noncholant shrug.
she shrugged like she didn't care!! I don't understand! your child has to live with this name! and how is this child going to explainto someone else that she was named after a fish!
