Online ordered underware
I ordered some bras and underware from kohls.com and the package came today. All of the underware was in sealed baggies except for two pairs. The baggies were in there but the underwear where not in them. The baggies both had holes that looked ripped open. Would this skeeve you out at all? What would you do in my situation? Complain for new pairs or just wash them and be done with it? I am on the fence because when you buy them in the store they are not sealed and their previous whereabouts are unknown.

Re: Online ordered underware
I would just wash them. As you mentioned, they aren't packaged in stores so who knows what and who has touched them. I always wash "new" underwear in hot water prior to wearing.

My thoughts exactly. I'd be surprised that they were individually bagged regardless.

They come that way from the manufacturer. When I worked in retail a lot of things would come like that, like sweaters, and they were taken out of the bags in the store. I order things online all the time that come in a bag that don't in the store ( jeans, dresses, etc.)
Anyway, someone probably just started to take them out of the bag by mistake. I'd just wash them.
