renting in queens
anyone have any good websites (aside from craigslist) or realtors in queens?
Dh and i will be looking to move in the next 3 months. i know its too early to start looking at places since we are currently in a lease, but im just trying to prepare.
last time we looked (3 yrs ago) we met with 2 realtors who were terrible...we kept telling them we need to be walking distance to public transportation (lirr or subway) and for every 5 places they showed us, only 1 fit that criteria 
we would rent a house or an apartment in a building...not picky, its all about location though

The local realtors in queens are good but you need to figure out what areas you want to live in. That's the easiest way for them to help you.
