So DH spoke to the owner of the one we went to - he was very apologetic, but didn't really do much for us. DH mentioned I wanted a book case and he offered us 30% off, but we already get 20% as a part of an earlier deal we made with the sales woman, so that's just an extra 10% off. And the book shelf is $1,000, so that's still going to be $700. Yeah, no thanks...I'll get a book shelf from somewhere else that delivers during normal business hours!!!

it should be 30% off the 20% off price!! making it 50% off. That is ridiculous. I am sorry you had such a difficult time with your furniture delivery. However, your neighbors will get over it (you didn't ask for it to be delivered at that time) and it won't hamper your relationship with them forever. Don't look at the furniture and be annoyed. I am similar- I have had bad experiences in my life and then turned around and couldn't look at certain items/pictures the same way again- without bringing back some of the bad feelings. But try to ignore it. Think of that little girl who is going to be using it and all of the good things about why you wanted to purchase it in the first place!!!

Thank you so much for posting this! We got our furniture from Bellini and we are probably putting our order in next week sometime and now for SURE when I call to place the Order I am going to talk to them about delivery times. 1045pm is ABSURD!
