Where to go for an SA?
My OBGYN gave DH a script for an SA but don't know where we are suppose to go. He didn't say! How do I find out where to go?

Dh took his to the Sunrise Lab in Plainview.... You can only take is there monday through friday from 10:30am until noon.
Whatever lab you can use (look it up with your insurance provider)... just call first and find out if they do it and when you can take it!

We looked into hospitals with an andrology lab for the SA. We went to stonybrook for DH's SA

did you check with your doctor to see if they have a lab that can do this for your DH?
If they don't, check with your insurance to see where he can have it done.

we did the same, but i would just put a call into your insurance company

this was such a pain in the butt for us lol
we went so many places and it never worked out
we ended up using enzo labs in farmingdale
